Before any joinery project is packed and shipped, we meticulously assemble all the joinery furniture based on the final layout and 3D rendering. This critical process takes place in our factory and effectively simulates the actual installation for our customers.

By conducting pre-installation assembly, we can identify potential quality issues early on. This proactive approach allows us to address any installation challenges before the products leave our facility.

During this phase, we focus on several key aspects. We assess the rationality and durability of the installation structure, ensuring it meets our high standards. We also evaluate the difficulty level of the installation to anticipate any potential hurdles for the customer.

Additionally, we verify that all hardware accessories are compatible and functioning properly. This includes checking lighting, wiring, and transformers to ensure everything operates seamlessly.

Surface quality and workmanship defects are thoroughly inspected, and a double-check of the joinery items and their quantities is conducted to guarantee accuracy.

Finally, we provide customers with a comprehensive installation manual, complete with tested guidelines, to facilitate a smooth setup experience.
